  • Worked as a hazmat tech for the Raleigh branch starting out processing hazardous waste and assisting in environmental remediation projects.
  • Collected supplies, loaded up vehicles double checking tools and materials, stationed equipment onsite and executed maintenance and/or thorough cleaning of said project.

  • Worked in a 2-Man crew with other crews tearing off and installing slate roofing in Greensboro NC at the West Market Street United Methodist Church. I assisted in replacement and repairs on woodwork with with detail and specific functions such as built in gutters that were later wrapped in copper aligned from copper valleys.
  • Replaced roofing underlayment and installed roof jacks according to how we tore off the old roof to save as much material as possible to reuse along with new material.
  • Cut slate with slate cutter and popped nail holes for preparation of installation, Cleaned all debris and removed nails from scaffolding under direct work area to ensure safety of bystanders, property and vehicles underneath. Disposed of garbage and maintained a clean work environment.
  • Did various shop work with metal fabrication brakes, such as making conductor heads, downspouts, gutters, copper flashing, copper valleys and kept areas in shop clean and safe for vehicles moving and loading materials.

  • Installed insulation and sheetrock accordingly cutting angles and making adjustments as needed, Installed metal fascia and metal panels with clips as required with precision and consideration of steel beams underneath insulation so they were secure.
