  • Coordinates training opportunities for 25 personnel, enhancing team readiness and proficiency that is tested at Joint Readiness Training Center and Air Force exercises.
  • Integrates with outside agencies in order to mass joint fires (air to surface, surface to surface, and naval to surface), in support of Immediate Response Force.
  • Equipment Custodian for 1/4 of unit equipment allocation including radios, NVGs, Vehicles, weapons, etc. Ensures shortfalls are backfilled and 100% accountability of sensitive equipment.
  • Manages the development of skillsets within the flight on fundamental tasks: JTAC, SUT, TCCC, Communications, etc. Prepares airmen for military schools to broaden team capabilities.

AFE Technician

  • Inspected and maintained life saving equipment for 15 x MC-130 aircraft, and 200 aircrew in accordance with AFSOC standards.
  • Deployed with 15th ESOS, managed $3.3 million of equipment, contributed to 142 combat missions, and 770 flight hours in support of Operation INHERENT RESOLVE.
  • Fostered the AFSOC transition of survival equipment from the MC-130H to the MC-130J, and managed AFE's effort during the decommission of the MC-130H Talon II.
  • Evacuated 12 aircraft within 48 hours, and prevented destruction caused by the 2018 category 5 Hurricane Michael.
