  • Main point of contact for all live events at Bank of America Stadium including concerts, college football games, international soccer matches and major private events. This includes Concert for Carolina, Copa America Semi-Final, and numerous other major live events.
  • Spearhead all end to end event logistics including the needs of each event promoter, while maintaining our venue's best practices. This includes, event timelines, security procedures, event staffing plan, parking plans, promoter space needs, and internal department communication.
  • Manage our venue's labor operations for weekly and event related tasks. Including revamping the labor process to streamline operations and strategically schedule labor for improved efficiency and reduced expenses.
  • Create and maintain budgets that include event related expenses, weekly and event labor, credentials, and a parking budget upwards of 1.5 million.
  • Create and track a revenue parking plan that in the past year I was able to increase revenue over 100% year over year.
