Personally i would say i am doing exceptionally well, for someone who is managing 40+ employees all reporting to me as the one and only HR Coordinator for the company.
For the past two years i would say i taught my self almost everything from drafting a contract,to calling references to selecting the well experienced candidates, and lastly running payroll on top it off handling disciplinary hearings and preparing for labour inspections which were the most times i had doubted my self and my potential.So far i am doing great in within the role.Idid training for submitting the WSP/ATR Training and development of employees,i have nominated the TSEC Team.
all i can say is that i have the potential and well experienced in all HR aspects.
