My department was Cashier department, I was in charge of customer service, closing the store, resolving conflicts with cashiers, fixing tech issues on the registers, answering phone calls, cleaning, making sure all register tills are put in a safe before leaving, relaying messages from staff to daytime manager, and transferring new customer membership applications into customer reward cards and numbers.
