Accomplishments

As a Reading Interventionist, I was afforded an opportunity to support students that were considered Exceptional Children, However many were at the cusp of being forged forward. The small group setting allowed students to feel more confident in their learning, while also utilizing technology to learn Phonological awareness, fluency and Reading comprehension. The effectiveness of the intervention program, also allowed me to develop strategies to target key areas of deficiency. This also aided in assisting with data, and how to strategize for student success.
