Responsibilities:

  • Helped to develop a new program consisting of centralized prescription refills (fax, phone, and electronic), and medication clarification requests for a 37-practice department.
  • Incorporated centralized medication prior authorization for five practices.
  • Helped to develop and implement nursing standing orders for medication approvals
