Marc Haberkorn

Raleigh

Summary

Tech savvy executive with particular strength in Product, Engineering, GTM, and Transformation. I have excelled in Build, Turnaround, Operate, and Transform roles. I run toward the hard problems, and have significant experience leading by influence in large & complex organizations. I have led product, marketing, UX Design, inside sales, engineering, and transformation teams both directly and in a matrix, with P&L responsibility.

I build strong teams and empower them. I "start with why" and encourage my teams to ask "why" 3 times to ensure focus on the desired outcome, not the input. I believe in defining OKR's & North Star KPI's, and using data to hold teams accountable while coaching them to success. I cultivate trusting relationships with my peers and my organization.
