  • Welded in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions. 2g,3g,4g,5g, 4f,3f
  • Bolted, clamped and tack-welded parts to secure components prior to welding.
  • weld 40' and 20' i-beam stingers on the bottom of 24"x80' concrete piles
  • cut and bevel beams to length and then fit steel beams with fabricated jig, dog and wedge flanges to get high low out and ran string lines to assure beam was square.
  • align multi diameter pipe such as 24", 36". mark pipes with wrap around, cut square and bevel using torch or track torch, grind, use come alongs to pull pipes together, dog and wedge for high low, tack and weld.
  • assist form work carpenters, adjust floor jacks for concrete floor forms, formwork, tie rebar, pour concrete, finish concrete
  • run equipment like the forklift,manlift,excavator,bulldozer,skid steer
