Worked on the ICU pharmacy team. Reviewed patient profiles and collaborated with ICU pharmacist every
morning before rounds on recommendations for the ICU medical team. Attended rounds with medical team,
answering questions on medications by both the medical residents and patients.
Compounded hundreds of different non-sterile drug products including capsules, mini tabs, solutions,
suspensions, creams, suppositories and troches. Reviewed compounding regulations and drug information

Presented to the pharmacy staff at the VA of Western New York in March 2019. Looked at a patient that had been diagnosed with propofol infusion syndrome during his stay in the ICU. Reviewed the drug, the condition and went over if the diagnosis was appropriate.
Presented to the pharmacy staff at the Erie County Medical Center in December 2018. Reviewed the COMPASS trial and went over the pros and cons of using Xarelto. Discussed the findings of the trial and the recommended dosing of Xarelto for these conditions.
