and bridging brands between (B2B’s & B2C’s) businesses, organizations, and communities via
cobranding and networking to build the network. During my first year at Zaxby’s, in a leadership role,
I was instrumental in the Knightdale store being ranked #10, Rock Mount ranked #26 and Nashville
ranked #247 (being opened in less than a year) of 900 stores. Have established partnerships for
Zaxby’s by cobranding and collaborating with small and large businesses, organizations, churches
and schools in Wake, Nash, and Edgecombe counties. Always networking to build the net worth.

Started in Data Entry where we entered samples into system to process to be evaluated to for pre-employment screening. Provided a service of drug testing to companies from the Eastern Coast to Michigan and as far West as Missouri who wanted to send a powerful message to all employees about behavior that is and is not supported at work; thus a “Drug Free Workplace”. Due to inefficiency to achieve maximum use of time or resources and merging two companies, I created a SOP for misdirected samples department. The management of samples that went to the wrong labs and redirecting them properly produced optimum results, a more efficient process and savings. Which lead me to going into Inside Sales Rep. where I sold the service of a Drug Free Workplace and services into becoming TOP In-side Sales Rep for 3 year. Along with setting up Drug Testing Sites with upsells and other services. Created Innovated ways to promote a drug free workplace which took sales up 45% in a quarter.
