  • Track and process all Web Registrations that come through from the Global Knowledge website. Involves processes payments and notifying outbound reps of a sale.
  • Manage AM_Info mailbox, and provide customer’s who are seeking general information or quotes for classes a quick response, and contact the appropriate Training Advisor to ensure a quote has been sent to customer.
  • Other responsibilities have included notifying students of a Date or Location change of a course, generating quotes for potential customers, and providing excellent customer service both on phones and online chat.
