  • Visited many of Kyoto's famous cultural sites.
  • My favorite memory from this trip is how a simple routine was vastly different from what I was used to, such as the long commute to and from school.

  • Lived abroad with a host family and experience the German education system more fully than previous trip.
  • I experienced Ludwigsburg as a tourist, traveling to many beautiful landmarks.
  • The most meaningful part of the trip is the connection I made and continue to have with the family I stayed with.
  • Our family hosted their student that same year.
