- Build key relationships with surrounding store managers to network, and make sure we service all customers the best we can.
- Have relationships with Sales Representatives to make sure customers' needs are also being met outside of the store.
- Help Sales Representatives solve issues by allowing PQRs, labor payouts, and expensed products.
- Create and manage the employee schedule to ensure the store is staffed to maximize efficiency with the hours available.
- Analyze buying patterns for each customer, and work on gaining their majority share of wallet through promotions for products, as well as entertainment
- Build relationships with external vendors to make it easier for customers to get their needs in one place.
- Ensure planogram and store appearance is up to date per company marketing announcements
