Received a Superior rating for the 2023 production year, by dedicating all efforts to Caterpillar's beliefs and taking on additional roles within quality to maintain safety and strive for greater quality standards.

Guided two quality team members to a new position by working with their resumes and performing mock interviews in preparations for the interview process.

Returning to further expand my educational background in the fall of 2024 at CCCC to attain a Business Administration Diploma. Due for completion in Spring of 2026.
