This experience helped me learn the basics on property management and developer skills. My jobs varied throughout the property but each have given me unique skills such as Lumber work, Team management, problem solving and, small equipment operations.

This Internship provided me with a strong understanding of Residential Construction and its day to day process. I frequently developed strong communication skills through regular interactions with supervisors, peers, and other department personnel. I began to grasp managerial and leadership skills that helped my learning and daily production. My day to day tasks consisted of documentation of job site activity's, conditions and issues on all the jobs. Other tasks I was given was making sales and talking to potential clients about the models we have available. I also improved overall productivity within the team through consistent punctuality, dedication, and active participation in all aspects of production operations.

This internship gave me my first look into commerical construction and started my Construction Career. This company gave me the opportunity to maintained well-organized documentation for easy access and reference during projects' life cycles. I used Procore to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. On the safety side of my internship I worked closely with the safety team to lead CPR and OSHA 30 classes for the company.

The opportunity's gave me the chance to use my first aid and medical knowledge in ways I could never imagine. I got first hand experience with patience's and clients daily. I was able to do basic medical care and treatment to all the patience we helped and treated.
