  • Help to analyze, organize, and store all data and information so that your PM, Superintendents, and field employees can easily retrieve and compare project reports and documents. Ensure Superintendents are submitting their required paperwork and reports.
  • Conducting administrative duties such as but not limited to setting up meetings, phone and email phone communication, ordering supplies, and ensuring materials match the specifications and drawings.
  • Ensure the proper training certificates for field personnel are submitted during appropriate times throughout the job.
  • Attend any meeting or be involved in any communication to ensure coordination of any of the job requirements listed above.
