  • Grew market fundraising revenue from $1.2M to $3M and saw excellent staff retention
  • Received the singular national Pacesetter award, 2017; $1Million Dollar Club 1021 (new in 1 year)
  • Awarded for innovative fund-raising programs that were adopted nationally in year two: Created a homeschool fund-raising program that was adopted nationally
  • This program for homeschooling families, in year one raised $225,000, but $1,2M in year two
  • Projected to yield $13M in year three
  • Led the Triangle, NC team as we engaged the Wake Co
  • School District, Superintendent and top district executives (#16 nationally in size) to become the #1 fund-raising district in the nation - remaining such for the past four years, the AHA’s largest youth district
  • Recruited, trained and managed bench-strength staff, two of whom have been promoted to a V.P
  • Led my team to #3 nationally in 2013, and we have held a top ten spot in fund-raising nationally (out of 99) for the past 6 years
