I have experience in diverse customer facing roles, including babysitting, hosting and working as a bakery cashier / shift lead. As a baby sitter I was responsible for ensuring the safety, well being and engagement of children through creative activities and attentive care. In my role as a hostess, I warmly greeted guests, managed reservations, and maintained smooth seating flow to enhance the dining experience. At the bakery , I handled transactions efficiently trained trainees and provided friendly service while maintaining cleanliness and product knowledge to assist costumers effectively.
