As an OSC, or on-site concierge. My duties consisted primarily of managing the reception desk. I greeted patients as they entered with any questions or concerns regarding their care, and communicated those to the doctor or physician. I retrieved any patient correspondence related to patient care, as appropriate. I handled and managed any incoming calls and/or outgoing calls, scheduling, canceling, and/or rescheduling appointments. I confirmed any upcoming appointments. As well as performing prior authorization for non-covered prescriptions and medical procedures. When patients had medication delivered to the facility, I would call to inform them that they are ready for pick-up.

In my role as an RMA, I would call patients back, gain vital signs, and prepare the chart in the EMR to assist the physician, as well as perform any ordering procedures for the visit. This included intramuscular or subcutaneous injections, blood draws, ear lavage, or assistance with wound care, etc.

• As a CPA, I provide non face-to-face chronic care management services for Medicare beneficiaries who have multiple chronic conditions expected to last at least 12 months, or until death. Also, I help coordinate routine refills of the patient’s medications. Ensure they are/remain adherent to their medications. As well as report any discrepancies obtaining to their meds or overall health.

• RMA role at a multi practice clinic. Duties include assisting physicians with patient care, triage, patient intake, charting, spirometry, suture removals, prior authorizations, patient messages, basic laboratory testing and medication administration. Writing coherent messages, consulting with the providers. Respond to patient needs based on instructions. Discuss laboratory and diagnostic test results with patients. Prepare written and electronic prescriptions.

• CNA: Bathing and dressing patients, feeding, transfers, toileting assistance, charting, assist in ambulatory, repositioning, vitals, post Mortem care, record ADLs.
• Med/Aide: Deliver routine daily medications, coordinate with the nurse on duty, follow written and verbal orders, record medication dosages and times.

• As a crew member my duties consisted of taking customer orders both in the lobby or in the drive-through. Processing payments, preparing, and expediting orders correctly. I also would perform cleaning duties and keep food prep areas sanitized in between services.
• As a shift manager my duties consisted of delegating responsibilities to crew members working on a shift. Making sure they complete those responsibilities efficiently that meets the expectations of the employer. Also, keep inventory each shift. Ensure all areas are stocked properly for current and future shifts. As well as properly opening and closing the store and keeping track of hourly sales.
