I've achieved employee of the month as both an assistant manager and a store manager. Since I've been employed with Workforce staffing I came in the company as a unit cleaner. Within the first 90 days of being here, I've achieved my forklift license, been trained on the item pick cart (IPC). I've also achieved employee of the month since I've been employed with Workforce staffing. Soon after, I was trained to be a machine operator & I'm considered the "backbone" of this area.
Manage/Operate the store when the store manager isn't there. Open/Close establishment, paperwork, computer tasks, money deposited to the bank, cashier, stocking, checking in vendors, etc.
Stripping old layers of floor finish off of tile floors and laying new layers of floor finish.
Buffing tile floors that are barely worn out.
Sweeping, mopping, efficiently completing tasks, etc.

Cook food once it's ordered. Keep grill area/kitchen clean at all times. Wash hands and keep gloves on. Clean the grill and kitchen upon closing.
Ring up groceries, bag groceries, stock product on the shelf, etc. Keep bathrooms clean. Keep the parking lot clean and free of shopping carts.
