- Lead franchise wide marketing, aligning local initiatives with national promotions to drive transactions and sales growth across restaurants.
- Own the promotional calendar, ensuring campaigns are planned, communicated, and executed with clear timelines
- Oversee marketing and office staff, setting priorities, and maintaining consistent administrative support for restaurant and leadership needs.
- Build and deliver weekly/monthly business insights reporting covering KPIs such as sales, transactions, and food cost to identify store level opportunities and risks.
- Serve as primary liaison with the CPA, coordinating reporting needs, documentation requests, and timelines to ensure accurate and timely financial communication.
