• Responsibilities included diagnosing and treating neurogenic swallowing, communication, and cognitive disorders; administering and interpreting FEES; collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and discharge planning; and management of caseload across various teams. Verify several yearly competencies and for new hires. SLP subject matter expert during Epic build and assisted with teammate training during roll out. Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling and compliance. Founded and facilitate CR Aphasia Support group, and organize dysphagia journal club.

Facilitate weekly programming for community members with aphasia. Group focuses on Life Participation Approach principles to improve independence and participation in meaningful exchanges and opportunities.

PRN with Rehabilitation Float Pool providing skilled care at 4 acute care facilities and 4 acute inpatient rehab hospitals.
