• Implements and provides day-to-day Activities of Daily Living and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living support to clients within their home as ordered by the physicians plan of treatment and clients plan of care.
• Assisting or performing care including; baths, mouth care, denture care, skin care, foot care, grooming, dressing & undressing, elimination, transfers, Assisting with ambulation/ locomotion.
• Appropriately assist with household tasks directly related to the clients health and in accordance with the care plan.
• Planning and preparing meals according to specific dietary requirements of the client, and if necessary, feeding the client.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment.

• Supervised circle time, free play, outside play and learning & development activities.
• Teach children foundational skills in colors, shapes, and letters.
• Organized and led activities to promote physical, mental, and social development.
