  • I sold and managed orders for appliance sales. I was also required to sell at least 33% of extended warranties of my overall sales and was at 68% for the year 2018 for my overall sales. I have also won multiple awards for being the top EPP (extended protection plan) salesperson for the quarter for the whole store. For the fiscal year of 2017 I exceeded my targets 11 out of 12 months.
  • My sales ranged anywhere from $50,000 to $140,000 a month depending on sale prices and time of year. I had an order pickers license and required to move and load large appliances. Sometimes we were required to pull the appliance deliveries for the next day.
  • I was required to ask for applications for credit cards and I had gotten over 100 for fiscal year of 2017.
  • Day to day tasks include selling appliances and warranties, managing orders, and zoning the appliance and shelving department. Our main selling tool was a dos program called Genesis which is very extensive. We also use web based programs for install and various other tasks.

  • The main objective of this position was answering calls for appliances, outdoor power equipment, and tools repairs. I was required to schedule service for major appliances, file claims for various reimbursement, troubleshoot issues over the phone to avoid a service call, and registering products for future reference.
  • I was a lead captain for new trainees watching over new agents as they took phone calls for the first time. I was part of the Store Manager Training Program which brought in Store Managers to sit and listen to repair calls to gain knowledge on how the call center worked and what our goals for customer service are.
  • We were required to be under 2 minutes for ACW (after call work) and I got mine down to 2 seconds average after each call. I successfully troubleshoot many customer issues to avoid a service call and resolving the customers issue over the phone.
  • This job gave me a vast knowledge of major appliances and understanding each brands reliability and how they worked. I transferred to the store as a sales specialist after gaining knowledge from repairs calls.

Lead for EPP Sales for Lowes's February 2016 to Present, Our sales manager put together specific groups to target our most important extra sales for the store. I am responsible for teaching new hires about our warranties and looking for teaching opportunities with seasoned employees. We also have a team for PSI (project sales interior) and PSE (project sales exterior) leads so our PSI and PSE sales people have customers. We have a team for order management which goes through our primary selling system Genesis looking through open orders to make sure they are being delivered and completed as they should be. I help with both of these teams as well., Top EPP Sales Overall highest EPP sales for the store for two quarters. I have been awarded this three times. July 2016, February 2017, and July 2017.
