While working at Sleep Inn Hotel, I was able to experience the compassion I have for helping others to have a better stay. I was the first person they saw when they stepped inside due to me being a front desk clerk. At that point, I accommodated their needs of finding the best room that would suit them, made the transaction of payment for the room, made sure they knew where certain things or activities were like the fitness room, and welcomed them for coming and staying at the hotel. I may not have been the last person they saw due to it possibly being a different shift than what I was on, but I wanted to make sure that the customer's satisfaction was met to the best of my abilities.
