For contractors who provide supplies, equipment, and services to the DoD and other federal agencies, examine contractor business processes, systems, and financial records to ensure that contract costs are accurate and compliant with federal regulations, specifically the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). Provide auditor insight and recommendations to contracting officers to aid in informed decision-making regarding contract awards and negotiations.

Responsible for the condition of assigned aircraft, and for the safety of its flying team. Ensure aircraft are operationally ready by performing scheduled inspections, functional checks and preventive maintenance both before and after flights, performs general maintenance and repairs for all parts of the aircraft. Monitor maintenance progress, track aircraft status, and manage resources to support mission readiness.
