Over the past four years of my military career as a Military Police Officer, I have been trained to perform a wide range of duties. I began my career as a gunner on a Military Police team. I deployed to the Republic of Korea with the 127th Military Police Company, where I trained in Noncombatant Evacuation Operations (NEO). Upon my return, I became a specialist team leader, performing the same duties and responsibilities typically assigned to a sergeant.
Our company then transitioned from field training to Access Control Point (ACP) operations at Fort Carson, where we provided force protection for the installation by conducting Random Antiterrorism Measures (RAMs). While assigned to the ACP, we enforced the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), the United States Code (U.S.C.), and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
I am currently stationed at Fort Bragg, where I was promoted to sergeant and conduct traffic management and collision investigations. When not conducting collision investigations, I enforce the North Carolina General Statutes, the UCMJ, the U.S.C., and the CFR.
