Jonathan Taylor

• I was assigned to Troop C District 3 when I graduated patrol school in 2002.
• I repeatedly was in the upper echelon of calls for service and collisions investigated.
• I was awarded the Meritorous Service Award in 2008 for a undercover racing operation that resulted in many arrested and vehicle seizures.
• I mentored many young troopers throughout my career while in Wake County and Johnston County.

I was employed as a police officer in Garner where I was a patrol officer. I handled several calls for service and investigated many cases from the initial report to the arrest phase.. My obligations were from patrol officer investigating collisions and enforcing traffic laws to seeing armed robbery and other crimes through the criminal justice system.

I was deputy in the civil division and patrol division from 1996 to 1998, where I served civil processes, worked the courtroom and patrol division and made arrest and served warrants as needed for the sheriffs department.
