Since joining KIND in 2020 as a Maintenance Technician/Process Lead, I have played a key role in the transition from a single-shift bakery to a fully operational 24-hour, three-shift production schedule. I have developed and implemented improved cleaning procedures, including a comprehensive drain-cleaning program, reorganized the cleanroom and test kitchen, and consistently supported production growth with strong mechanical expertise and proactive leadership. Each week, I am responsible for shutting down the bakery and preparing all equipment and production areas for the next shift’s startup. My strong time-management skills and ability to clearly communicate expectations help my team remain consistent, productive, and achieve minimal downtime. As an active member of both the Safety Committee and the Continuous Improvement Committee, I help drive plant-wide improvements that enhance safety, workflow, and reliability.
