• Create Monthly, Weekly & Daily marketing plan to create & ensure daily traffic from new prospects.
• Inspect sales teams perso marketing plans for business to business opportunities outside the club, social media marketing & internal marketing with current membership base. Ensure the weekly marketing logs are completed for weekly deadlines.
• Set a minimum of (4) appointments a day. Responsible for meeting daily required calls & texts
• Maintained and surpassed a minimum of (40) sales per month
• Maintain proper working order of all software systems.
• Attend Sales Training meetings & conference calls as requested making sure information need to present for senior managers was prepared prior to every call.
• Update and inspection of daily stats sheets.

• Reach and surpass goals for production - Make 40 calls a day, 40 texts a day and generate 4 appointments per day. daily expectations to close 70% of all prospects, 65% of them booked with a Fitness Assessment, 40% enrolled in personal training program, average $1530 TCV and average 3 referrals per membership sale.
• Everyday do a club walk through and look at
cleanliness and machine function. Take notes/correct and share with the General Manager.
• Attend sales and training meetings as necessary, 15 minute sales training every day
• Prospect for qualified leads and create traffic through social media, direct messages from
Google Business, FB, IG. completing assigned specific tasks by the GM.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current members on a name to name basis.
• Handled member complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Determine prospect’s goals and motivation through tour of facility. be knowledgeable of all products, programs and services and ensure prospects understand the value of services.
Booking quality fitness assessments for new members. holding a min of 65% and average of at least 3.0 referrals per sale as a min expectation.
