  • As Project Manager on the eONE Program, my responsibilities include managing the onboarding of data for a number of Systems of Record within the Product Master Data, Party Master Data, and External Engines Data. These activities form part of the Risk and Regulatory Reports, building a one-number enterprise instrument data foundation, and address issues including data inconsistencies and data quality, data granularity, efficiency, reconciliation, and compliance.
  • Responsibilities include: Leading complex initiatives managing all activities is project life-cycle including initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and closing for long-term projects that are of medium to high risk, scope, and complexity with broad impact.
  • Act as key participant in project plans and budgets for change management.
  • Review and initiate complex multi-business and enterprise support operations, organizational systems knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts.
  • Make decisions in end to end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end while developing and implementing program and project level processes, procedures and performance metrics.

  • Imperva Web Application Firewall - This project enabled TIAA to detect and report on potential malicious web activity, thereby reducing potential risk of exposing participants' confidential information.
  • Oracle 10g Client Upgrade - Managed the Oracle 10g Client upgrade project to upgrade the TIAA Weblogic application servers from Oracle client version 8i to version 10g, thereby ensuring environments stayed up to date.
  • Institutional Reporting on the Web Legacy Oracle Move - This project moved the back-end database to the latest version of Oracle, saving TIAA over $1.5 million in possible additional Oracle licensing fees.
