Accomplishments
I also have 10 years in restaurant management and worked as a chef for high level restaurants and clients including the PGA ,Wake Forest University and Wells Fargo Center in Winston Salem N.C.
Once with the PGA I was selected out of 200+ applicants to work as the chef for the players clubhouse, feeding the players and their families for a week during the President's Cup championship, AKA the all star game of golf that only takes place in America every four years.
