  • I oversee Production of customization of sports uniforms for customers all over the globe. I direct a workforce of currently 4 Supervisors as well as a group of leads, coaches, trainers, and operators. Headcount currently of about 113. During peak season, which is May thru October, my responsibilities grow to headcount of about 450 employees across 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week. My duties consist of maintaining KPI requirements as well as directing the workforce in all areas of performance, quality, safety and growth. Other duties include maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction. I take pride in the fact that I can balance the workforce in a manner that consistently reaches our company goals with minimal waste and without risking customer satisfaction. My team has been able to reduce waste and increase production year over year since I began as production manager, and most recently, broke the all-time record of 24 hour’s output in the history of the company.
  • Our company uses SAP system to maintain all aspects of production from production, material handling to shipping. I have several years of SAP experience as well as JDE (Oracle).

In addition to starting the Booneville operation, Jimmy was also responsible for the successful start-up and installation of the first two manufacturing lines at our Russellville plant.
