Activities
- Work on many different types of research protocols, which require specialized training and specific imaging. Examples of the projects are Project Baseline, TAVR, PRISM, AML (leukemia), Compassion, and MAVA.
- Clinical coordinator for Duke Pediatric Cardiac Ultrasound Plan, created a syllabus and lesson plan for incoming students, as well as being a preceptor to them.
- Quality assurance coordinator for the pediatric echo lab.
- Contributed to getting Lumedx set up in Duke's pediatric lab, acted as a liaison between the doctors and programmers, and helped set up the measurements needs for reporting.
- Aided in familiarizing sonographers and doctors in CardioPACS, the new viewing system.
- ASE and SOPE society member.
