• Patient access reps are the first meeting point for patients coming to the emergency room. In this position we take care of properly registering patients by verifying information such as their SSN, address, and insurance information. We take care of the transfer process for patients and provide basic healthcare services as well.
• While working in the emergency room I have gained experience of not only working alongside nurses, but also doctors, and physician associates. I have shadowed doctors, and physician associates in which I have gained valuable knowledge and experience. I have aided in things outside of my job title, and learned multiple skills outside of it.

• Sagos was a fine dining restaurant in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. While working there I was a server, and a bartender (in training). I took steps to make sure I memorised the menu from top to bottom, and I stayed on top of any potential changes.
