Designed and implemented a comprehensive small group system that included middle school students through senior adults.

Lead a staff team in congregation care for our entire congregation, This included hospital visitations, funerals, weddings, pre-marital counseling, pastoral counseling, and many other congregational care issues.

In addition, I coached and encouraged our campus pastors as they led their campuses.

I was the campus pastor of our Washington Campus for the last 3 years of my tenure at Covenant.

Assisted guests with their luggage and packages and helped with transportation arrangements to enhance and maintain five star, five diamond experience.

Promoted to a supervisor position in guest services. Responsibilities included supervising doorman, bellman, and valets to serve to the very high standards of the Broadmoor.
