  • Maintained an expansive portfolio of casework in tandem with agencies like the Department of State, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of the Interior, the Department of Transportation, the Federal Trade Commission, the Fish & Wildlife Service, the Food and Drug Administration, the National Science Foundation, North Carolina's regional agencies, and the United States Courts System.
  • Attended and hosted meetings on behalf of the member in order to better understand what both federal agencies and our constituency needed from our casework team to make the process more succinct and efficient.
  • Created and implemented the office’s inaugural Congressional Hand Carry program for expedited passport services.
  • Planned and executed the Congressional App Challenge for NC06.
  • Attended events in the district on behalf of the member in order to better understand policy concerns that were then relayed to our DC Office staff for consideration.
