• As a line operator I have worked on every line in 1 Handle and also worked on many other lines within the plant. I am a very hard worker and always give 100 percent.
• Stocked every line in 1 Handle and some lines in Showers. Stocked everyday for the training class. I can efficiently do floor returns to maintain a low inventory on any line in the plant.
• I also have been the Moen trainer with the Adecco class for 4 years. I have helped train each associate to understand Moens Safety expectations, Processes, and Quality standards.
• I have been a backup team leader for 4 years. I had 24 associates along with 4 Stockers that I lead. I Manage and motivate the team to do the best that they can do. I call parts out, make inventory adjustments, do process audits, continuously improve the lines with action items, work orders, PCR's, and IEngage forms. I send emails/pass downs to other team leaders about any issues and our progress for the day and I have lead a safety subcommittee. I have also had to lead in showers and in kitchens.
• I also am "tech support" for discreet. Meaning if any stocker has any issues with confirming tickets they can come to me and I know how to fix the issue.
• I was also the Facilitator for the SWAT team. I answer any and all questions pertaining to safety, I lead the 2nd shift swat team so our plant can be a safer place for all of our workers. While on this team I also was apart of building the Entanglement Guidelines.

• Loaded and unloaded the barns with tobacco.
