- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure optimal scheduling arrangements for patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments and patient information
- Assist in managing medical records and documentation related to scheduling activities.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the clinic operates smoothly, including handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- Work closely with Medical Receptionist to facilitate patient check-ins and check-outs.
- Insurance authorization.
