• Familiarity with applications such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Teams, AWS etc.
• Experience managing and configuring OS such as Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.
• Basic understanding of network security, including knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems (IDS), encryption protocols, and cybersecurity tools.
• Above average knowledge of hardware, network configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experienced in setting up and managing VPNs and remote networks, ensuring secure and reliable remote access for users.
• Knowledgeable in network cabling, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Ethernet and fiber optic cables.
• I have a strong understanding of IP subnetting and CIDR, with the ability to effectively apply them in networking tasks.
