While working at Microcenter, I have obtained experience with using order pickers forklifts and standing forklifts. I have also obtained skills needed for organization by unloading and unpacking truckloads filled with in-store product. These products range from computer parts to prebuilt computers, computer accessories, 3D-Printers, 3D-Printer Accessories, Circuit boards, PCB Boards and more.

Another skill I've picked up is order picking itself. At Microcenter, we have a section for online order pickups where customers are able to place orders online and then i come and fulfill the order and what makes the experience so fulfilling is that our standard when it comes to web orders is that they must be completed within 18 minutes from the time the web order was processed. In all my time at working at Microcenter, I have achieved an 92% success rate in making sure orders don't go past 18 minutes out of about 13,000 orders.

I have also assisted in training new team members on inventory procedures and best practices, Implemented improved filing systems for better accessibility of inventory information, Supported sales teams with accurate product information and prompt order fulfillment, Completed physical inventory counts every six months.
