My role was to relieve the on site sales agent who needed days off and keep everything running smoothly.

• I would notify the agent who was off that day if there was a "hot prospect" wanting to purchase a home.
• Welcomed all visitors to the sales model, register them if needed and provide marketing and finance information in regard to the different floor plans, homes.
• I formed friendships with current homeowners for buyer referrals
• Made sure the security system was at optimum operating level, ensure refreshments were available to all visitors and keep the model tidy and in good condition.
• Help agent and company plan roll out of new communities and development of new collateral material.

• Boosted overall satisfaction rates among clientele with recommendations based on observed gaps in service.
• Contributed to better customer service by assessing staff communication skills, attentiveness, and issue resolution capabilities.
• Promoted adherence to safety regulations within retail environments through vigilant assessment of potential hazards or risks present during visits.
• Enhanced customer experience by conducting thorough evaluations of employee performance and store conditions.
