- Gaining experience with organizing and setting up for events, games, and festivals
- Organize & coordinate sporting programs such as Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Pickleball, and Kickball.
- As a Program Assistant I've also helped coordinate seasonal events such as the Laser Light Show, the Durham Christmas Parade, and the Bimbe Cultural Arts Festival.

- At North Carolina Esports Academy I was in charge of setting up and helping organize events that we had planned with other companies that had kids who were interested in esports and technology.
- We partnered with companies such as National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), Red Hat, Boys & Girls Club youth organization, and a few other organizations as well.
- As an event organizer, I helped with setting up the PC's, prizes, mini game competitions, and was on standby for fixing any issues that may have arrived with the PC's.
- Took charge over the youth Fortnite esports team. I led practice every week for over 11 players and coached them during their tournaments every other weekend. By the end of the season, over half of the players qualified for their league's championship.
