Accountabilities include:

  • Strategy and Program Development: Designing and executing employee initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
  • Quantitative Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor employee sentiment, evaluate, and address feedback across multiple channels to identify concerns early and often and reduce friction in the employee experience.

This consisted of supervising a staff, maintaining audit and security control, and leading a sales team accountable for assisting customers with banking needs including service, lending and small business development.
