I started working here after being given the job right out of highschool due to me having been summer help prior to leaving school in 2020. I stayed with the company for a little over two years before leaving in August of 2022 to go to Gregory Poole to try something new and after the 8 months of working at GP I came back to TLC in April of 2023. Came back rehired at a higher percentage and more tasks onto the senior technician title I was given. Working at Tlc heightened my skillset and gave me more knowledge about other trades , houses, windows and materials I deal with on the daily. The high attention to detail and order of how things operate has given me a skillset pertaining to learning any process and operation. I’ve learned how to lead crews or work alone while still giving the same great result. Heights and tight spaces are no issue due to cleaning out gutters as high as 60-70 feet and cleaning dryer vents in crawl spaces or behind equipment. I can manage machinery and do a decent job of multitasking.

After becoming forklift and manlift certified I started as a base warehouser pulling orders precisely with speed and attention to details to make sure I had the right parts and amounts of what was needed for the order. Was promoted to assist senior warehouser with order rerouting, back ordering, and email communication after about six months and was also tasked with running to pickup counter when necessary even if I could’ve been on lunch breaks.
