
I offer a nurturing and welcoming learning environment for all students in my care. I have experience working with children with IEPs , diagnosed needs and nonverbal students. As I continue to expand my knowledge through college, I continue to learn new ways to create a positive classroom management and guiding young children through their developmental milestones and skills.
In my current role as a teacher assistant, I create hands on activities that align with milestones for young children. I use visuals and instructions to reach their individual goals as well as whole group needs. I reinforce positive communication by creating daily conversations and learning about their interest.
