My name is Harry (Norman) Reed. I am 59 years old.
I am going to be honest, this is the first resume I have ever had to create.
I love motorcycles, I always have.
A little bit about myself.
I wrote the business Plan for Palmer Motorsports to obtain the Husqvarna dealership in 2014.
During my time with the Nascar teams I have learned to deal with multiple personalities, trust me at the top level of Nascar between crewchief's, engineers and drivers it is a very diverse group!
I also have never lost my love for motorcycles. I have continued to race and currently compete in the A class for my age class in harescrambles.
I also appreciate the steps that Beta has taken in the last few years and would really love to be a part of it.
I am proficient in quickbooks accounting software, Excell, Word. MATLAB, Wind Tunnel testing, Roehrig shock dyno software.Rrace Simulation. Also, just dealing with people who love motorcycles.

- In 1998 Ohlins decided to relocate so I decided to go out on my own after I got married and decided to plant our family here in NC.
- We formed HR Motorsports and over the last 26 years have been very succesful!
- Our first two years were a building lesson, Then we signed a contract with Dodge to bring the Ram into the Nascar Truck series.
- In 2005 Toyota entered Nascar and we were chosen to be the shock support to guide them on their path.
- Fast forward to 2025 and we are still winning races together. I have built long lasting relationships with all of my teams over the years and and have built life long relationships with them and together have won over 400 Nascar races in the Truck series alone.

- Introduced Ohlins suspension to Nascar and supported the Indycar series. Secured dealers across the USA, attended all Nascar races and tests with a support van. Provided dealer and team training during the week and worked to set up ohlins USA.

- Worked with multiple professional mx racers as the chief mechanic. This includes the 1990 season as Jeremy McGrath's mechanic when he got his first SX win in the 125cc class in Las Vegas in 1990. I then moved to Europe and was a mechanic for Kawasaki competing in the 500cc MXGP series with Danish rider Soren Mortensen.
