I have many different jobs at Burneys. One of them consists of helping customers with their food order and ringing them up. My second job is making the sweets in the back or prepping them to be baked. My third one is cleaning the bakery whether that means cleaning the bathroom or the baking area or up front.
I have been with Publix since I was fifteen years old. I Initially started out as a bagger and then worked my way up to cashiering. I also had other responsibilities such as cleaning the store, working at the self checkout and monitoring it to make sure everything goes smoothly. I am also partially trained in the deli as well.
I cashiered at Hobby Lobby. It was a bit different from my other cashiering jobs, only because I had to type everything in by hand. If I was not cashiering I was helping to stock shelves and move stuff around the store. I also did the occasional cleaning.
I did a lot of multitasking through out the day. I would spend some of the day cashiering and then the other half the day working on the sales floor. If I was working on the sales floor I was either stocking inventory or making sales to customers. I also helped clean the store.
My main responsibility at the Callahans was working in the clothing section to help keep it clean. Which included folding t- shirts, dusting the area, and cleaning the area. I also cashiered when needed.
