I did a study abroad/internship in Valencia, Spain, during the summer of 2023. The focus of this internship was physical therapy and different methods of helping patients manage their injuries and pain. This internship consisted of five weeks of intense and immersive observation and hands-on experience in a clinic in Valencia, and I was supervised by various professionals, from whom I learned a lot. It was a great opportunity to learn about the physical therapy world in Spain and to see the different methods they used, which one day I might use in my career.
